Page 1: Menopause Survey – For Managers

The purpose of this survey is to understand our manager’s needs in supporting staff during their menopause transition.  There is existing support in place for managers to support their staff, but it would be useful to understand what further support may be required to assist yourselves.

We will not link responses to individual respondents. We only ask for a department name to enable us to follow-up on support to areas.

The information provided, will stored confidentially and will only be used for the purposes of understanding our community’s needs to enhance the support that is already provided at the University in relation menopause support.

The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.
