Thank you for agreeing to take part in our study!

The purpose of the study is to gather information from experts to develop a knowledge-based decision support tool for use with low back pain treatment decisions.This is the first questionnaire of the series. It should take you around 45 minutes to complete. Following completion of the questionnaire, we will be inviting all participants to attend a live discussion about the results, before moving on to the next stage of the study.

You have been invited to participate in this research study because you work as a qualified healthcare professional assessing and treating patients with back pain on a regular basis. You should not take part in this study if:

  • You are not a registered healthcare professional (e.g. not registered with the GMC, HCPC or NMC)
  • It is more than one year since you assessed or treated a patient with low back pain

PRIVACY NOTICE

The data you generate in the questionnaires and workshops will be collected electronically and will be stored on a password protected computer.  There will be no collection of personal data as part of the study, and none of the participants will be identified in the results or reporting of the study. Your data will not be shared with any other party.  The lead investigator in the study will be responsible for the security of the data. Your data will be stored in de-identified format.
